At least 13 people were killed and several others were injured on late Wednesday when a gunman opened fire at a crowded Southern California bar.

The incident took place at the Borderline Bar and Grill in the town of Thousand Oaks.
Ventura County Sheriff’s Office Sgt Eric Buchow told the CBS affiliate in Los Angeles that there were “multiple fatalities” in the shooting and the gunman was dead inside the crowded venue.

As per reports, the gunman ran into the bar at around 11.30 pm and opened fire. Reports added that he shot at least 30 times and gunshots were heard even after everyone left.
