Chandrababu Naidu turns the guardian for the 9-year-old rape victim

The AP CM Chandrababu Naidu announced that he will be the guardian of the nine-year-old girl, who was allegedly raped by a 60-year-old rickshaw puller in Guntur. Chandra Babu Naidu further emphasized that he will bear all expenses of her education and will provide his personal money till she achieves her goal.

 

 

The CM also said that he asked the district collector to identify the best school in Guntur for the girl. Although the state government has already announced Rs 5 lakh compensation to the family of the victim, the CM announced that another Rs 5 lakh would be made a fixed deposit in the girl’s name.

 
 

Chandra Babu Naidu also assured two acres of land for the family for agriculture, a job to her father and house site.

 
 

The girl was allegedly raped by a 60-year-old rickshaw puller in Guntur’s Dachepalli village on Wednesday. However, the accused later committed suicide by hanging himself.
