It’s been a decade since the legendary ANR’s grandson Sushanth made his silver screen debut and has done only four films. Sadly, all these four films have been massive duds. After a brief gap, Sushanth has teamed up with actor-turned-director Rahul Ravindran for ‘Chi La Sow’, a movie based on marriage concept.

Story:
Arjun (Sushanth) is a happy-go-lucky guy who doesn’t believe in the system of marriage and loves to be single forever. On the other hand, Anjali (Ruhani Sharma) is a traditional girl with lots of family burdens and responsibilities agrees for matchmaking with Sushanth.
Did Arjun who wishes to remain single forever, accepts to marry Anjali or not is the rest of the story.

Performances:
Sushanth has done a decent job as a confused youngster and Ruhani Sharma too has done a decent job. Over, it’s Vennela Kishore who steals the show with his impeccable comic timing.

Analysis:
Director Rahul Ravindran had weaved a simple, yet beautiful story on the simple line of ‘Matchmaking’ and the impresses a big way both as a writer and director. Though the movie runs at a snail’s pace at times, gets interesting after the hero and heroine meets each other.

Positives:
Story, Screenplay
Lead actors
Comedy
Cinematography
Music
Production values

Drawbacks:
Slow narration
Editing
Few boring scenes in the first half
