Over the years, it’s been said several times that fresh vegetables and fruits keep the person healthy and they are rated as good for health. The researchers upon their extensive research have found that apart from fruits like Apple, and Banana, fresh vegetables are good for the health.
The researchers also warned that a person’s mental stability would be affected if they skip the fruits, and vegetables in their daily diet. They came to conclusion after carrying out extensive research on 50,000 members for over 7 years.
Neil Oshan, who led the team of researchers said that people who made it a habit of having vegetables, and fruits in their diet were healthy, and active compared to others who haven’t included them in their diet.
