Finally, it’s a big relief for the scam-hit Agri Gold company customers. The Hyderabad High Court has given green signal to the SBI to auction the Haailand property owned by Agri Gol. The minimum bidding price is fixed at Rs 600 crores.
The high court reacted to the company’s claim that Haailand’s value would be not less than Rs 800 crores and is expecting to get Rs 1000 crores to do justice to the customers. The case is postponed to 28th of this month and refused to give any bail to the accused.
On the other hand, the GSL group has made it clear that it can’t purchase the Haailand property. The High Court has fined the GSL group of Rs 3 crores for wasting the court’s time.
