Despite several violent protests and life threats, two women Kanakadurga, and Bindu, both in their early 40s have entered the Sabarimala temple and created history. However, Kanakadurga has received a huge backlash from her family and she was brutally injured by her mother-in-law for entering the holy shrine against the traditions and beliefs.

Irrespective of the threats and backlash, both the women are in no mood to step back and vowed to enter the temple once again once it re-opens on 12th February.
