At first, ask yourself – “Is my life panning out the way I want it to?”

The doctor suggests you to make an action board with the help of collage of pictures which represent your main goal. And every time, when you look at the board, it will send a strong message to your brain what you exactly your goal is.

Also, it is important to de-clutter your brain. You can do this with the help of simple exercises such as visualisation and value tagging.

And you need to nudge your brain out of its comfortable ‘autopilot’ mode so it can be more receptive to new ideas. This helps you to make significant changes in your life.
