After two experimental flicks ‘Dhruva’ and ‘Rangasthalam’ which gave Ram Charan to showcase his acting skills is back to his favorite commercial genre with ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’. Boyapati Srinu, who is known for his high-voltage movies has directed this movie. Let’s see whether Ram Charan can continue the blockbuster streak or not.

Story:

Rama Konidela (Ram Charan) along with his four brothers lead a happy life and they are close bonding. Rama’s elder brother Bhuvan Kumar (Prashanth), an IAS officer works in the Election Commission. He is the given the task to lead the by-election in Vishakapatnam. Being an upright officer, he gets life threats from Pandem Parasuram (Mukesh Rishi).

Knowing that his brother’s life is in danger, Rama confronts the local don Pandem Parasuram. Suddenly, a flashback episode shifts to Bihar where Raja Bhai (Vivek Oberoi) rules the area.

Rest of the story is how Rama confronts both the mighty Parasuram and Raja Bhai.

Positives:

Interval Block
Saying sorry to Mukhesh Rushi scene
Charan dances

Negatives:

Senseless violence/fights. Too many action episodes without any premise
DSP music
Nonexistent storyline

Verdict:

‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ is another routine action drama from Boyapati which offers nothing new in terms of content. With a passable first half, and not so convincing second half, ‘Vinaya Vidheya Rama’ is a below-average movie.
