We often observe people losing their memory as they get older. Though it’s been termed as an inevitable phenomenon, researchers revealed a way to escape from it.
The researchers from Harvard university in their extensive research found that memory loss, or gain and the food habits are inter-related.
After carrying an extensive research on 27,842 men for over 20 years, they found that regular intake of orange juices, leafy vegetables, and berry fruits would help the men keep their memory power intact even in their old age.
However, the researchers haven’t experimented on women yet.
