Childhood surely remains one of the fondest memories where people revisit quite often. In fact, childhood is a treasure that can’t be brought back. It’s the time when we have all the fun and frolic, the time when we run around the parks, play sports and jump around.

But, a recent study reveals that our activity levels begin to plummet at the age of seven. The study says that the children tend to become lazier once they start the school irrespective of whether they are active to start off or not.

Researchers from Finland are recommending for more sports clubs to ‘promote an active lifestyle for all children’. The NHS recommends children aged five-to-18 complete at least an hours’ worth of physical activity a day, which may include cycling, running or playing tennis.
